This is a great knife easy to hold in your hand Is great for cutting fruits and vegetables and really anything you need around the house or restaurant the serrated edge makes it really good so it’s sharp and cut through most things also was dishwasher safe Which is very important
I am happy with the quality of my Mercer 4” serrated bar knives and bought a couple, one for the bartending bag and one for my bar roll as they are a good price point for the quality you get.
