I couldn't figure out how to engage with customer service on this- but I do not wish to make a return (restocking fee is onerous) so I am just leaving this here. The knife is NOT LEFT-HANDED. It says so on the packaging, but the scalloping is on the left side. They should be on the right. I don't know whose fault it is, the company that made it or this website. But if you are looking for a lefty bread knife do not buy this one. See photos for comparison. After checking Amazon (which I should have done before I ordered) I saw that others had posted the same complaint.
