This produce knife is better than I expected. Super sharp and made from a very strong metal. The blade is thick on the top and thins down to a very sharp blade. And we love the grip on it. It feels great in your hand and does a fantastic job slicing through produce. We like this knife so much we are thinking about ordering other Mercer knives with the same green grip. Hope this helps

Millennia 6" produce knife has became my new favorite vegetable/ produce knife. The first time I used it I cut potatoes and it was like I was cutting butter.

Like all other Mercer knives this one comes sharp and ready to cut. It's thin blade is perfect for produce. The handle is confortable just as all the Mercer knives I own are.

These produce knives are super sharp and well built. They cut through tough produce like lemons and limes with ease. We keep one behind the bar for the bartender.

They wanted a fruit cutting knife for the bar. I got this nice and was a little leery of the square end. However it works out great and is super Sharp. Be careful when using cuz it is really sharp. I love the handle it fits great and its not to long or short, its just right.

Extremely sharp knives that cut through nearly all foods. Chopping is limited due to the finger protector on the bottom of the knife but they slice very well.

Ordering a couple of these, the one we have is always being taken by prep or the FOH to cut fruits. The way I see it is if we have 3 everyone will be happy
