These rubber wood magnetic knife holders are not that good. The magnet in them are not the strongest. With the knife on them with the handle down it doesn't feel secure. When we put the handle side up and let the handle catch on the edge of it, it is a lot better. Also it doesn't come with any hardware, no screws or anything. We had to go and find screws for it which wasn't as easy as it sounds. The cutouts in the back were very specific. But once we assembled everything and had everything in place it looks great. That's why it gets 3 stars.
