    It's tough to beat Victorinox knives in general and this one is certainly a stellar knife. Super sharp blade, feels good in the hand and cuts well. I highly recommend this knife.

    I use this 6" boning knife primarially for butchering. The curved blade is very efficient in removing large cuts of meat from the animals carcus, trimming, and cutting to size for packaging. The blade tapers down to a very thin tip that glides through meat with very little resistance. It also came from the factory with a very sharp edge. It seems to be of very high quality for its minimal cost.

    Victorinox knives are among the best in the industry. This knife was brutally sharp the day I got it and it is very easy to keep it that way. The flexibility of this knife makes boning and filleting a very easy task. I’m a professional meat cutter with 10 years experience and I bought this knife nearly exclusively for separating the rib bones from prime ribs and it has far exceeding my expectations.
