This 3M HF90-CL-RO ScaleGard RO pre-filter cartridge is the perfect way to provide top-quality water for your business and serves as a direct replacement for the one that came standard with HP reverse osmosis systems. The cartridge is designed to filter for particulates, chlorine taste / odor, chloramines, cysts, and bacteria, which keeps your water supply fresh and clean. This also takes some of the burden off of your system's RO membrane cartridge, so make sure that you change out the cartridges on a regular 6 month schedule. The sanitary quick change encapsulated design makes it easy to switch out the filter and get back to work - just turn the old cartridge to slide it out, and rotate the new cartridge into place to lock it in with no need for a filter wrench or other tools. It has a 0.2 micron rating and in compatible systems, it can produce 930 - 1040 GPD of RO water. It is commonly used with coffee brewers, espresso machines, steamers, ice machines, and cold beverage applications.
