This Everpure EV9691-86 2FC5-S water filter cartridge is a perfect replacement for an old one, and helps to ensure that your facility's water is fine-tuned to meet your specific needs! This particular filter is designed to work on select Everpure reverse osmosis (RO) systems to reduce scale, chlorine taste / odor, bacteria, and particulates in your water supply. This ensures that your water is safe from harmful pathogens, and that it passes on a desirable taste and smell whether you're using it in recipes or making ice. It is also especially useful on equipment that heats water as part of regular use, as these impurities can cause harmful buildup on water-using equipment and hinder their ability to operate correctly. It carries a size rating of 5 microns and the flow rate is 1.5 gpm. It has a capacity of 6,000 gallons, a 10 - 125 psi pressure rating, and an operating temperature range of 35 - 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
