AWFUL!! Purchased 11/18 installed 11/24. By 1/1, the ice machine had frozen over and wouldn't produce ice. Called tech support, and the tech who came out told us that it was scale build up (already?!). Cost me a lot for them to do a thorough cleaning!! This filter, that was automatically added to my cart with the ice machine purchase, lasted only FIVE weeks, nowhere near even the earliest they recommenced changing it (3-6 months), and definitely not 15,000 gallons worth of water!! We're a coffee shop and its the winter, so we weren't even using/making much ice, and it still did this. They said its because I'm in Utah and have exceptionally hard water. Hello, I have had exact same experience as a person in previous review, Sadie C. from Grounds For Coffee. Just received an estimate for the work needed to make the ice machine work and it is not working because of that same filter. We are a small cafe with retail that opened month and a half ago so it is pretty big additional expense.

I'm sure it would work fine if we could get it installed without leaking. We've gone through two of these so far and the mounted section has had cracks both times.

The shutoff has been broken and leaking since it was installed. I don't see a way to order a replacement, and it seems nonstandard to we can't order it from any plumbing supplies. Right now, the filter is unusable and I'll be looking to return for a replacement.

Installed this filter and now our ice maker will not work. Keeps giving me E05 Error Code- water flow issue. I've tried everything and have not been able to get it to work.

Excellent water filter! We use these on our coffee brewers and Espresso machines. We like the quality and how easy it is to change out the filters when necessary. We couldn't be happier with the product!

This works great with our new Bunn 39900.0006 SmartWave 15-S-APS Coffee Brewer and wasn't to hard to install as we had a previous setup similar to this setup.

We use this product in our bakery and it is on our cappuccino machine. This product is easy to install and works really well for us.

I had recently bought a new ice machine and this was the filter that was suggested. I have no complaints, it was easy to install and the Ice tastes great, we have not had issues with build up so far.

Great price and very easy to install. We placed it in a good location so it is easy to see and easy to change. We also have a splitter installed so it is not only servicing our ice machine but also our pitcher filling station.

This system filters and purifies the water. It's a must have addition to the ice making system. It is easy to intstall, and it lasts us months.

The size and easy attachment to walls make it very helpful in trying to save space in our cafe. Attaching them to our appliance lines was easy and they work well.

Just installed the ice machine and filter, easy install thought it would of been a cleanable filter, but it is a cartridge that hopefully isn't like the typical refrigerator filter and needs changing every 30 days. I'll let you know.

The filter works very well and the profile is small enough where it can fit behind an appliance. The included shutoff valve for service is very helpful as well.

This filter works amazingly. The water is horrible without a filter in our mall. We used this filter on our ice machine and it worked wonders. As good as any filtered water. Can last for 3-6 months. Highly Recommend !
