We love this knife and always have it up front in our cafe for cutting our sandwiches. Great price for the quality of the knife as well.

Love, love, love this bread knife! I cannot wait to use this on my food trailer. Cuts bread like a dream with very smooth carving pattern.

I love this knife. The angled handle is nice to use as it doesn't put unnecessary strain on your wrists and it cuts through bread like butter.

Owning a sandwich shop, we obviously need a knife that will do the trick and hold up to our business flow. We grabbed several of the knifes and they are all working out great.

I really love using this knife. The offset makes it easier to cut through breads and sandwiches without putting to much pressure on your wrist and injuring your knuckles. It is must have! Highly recommended!

Although this knife is very basic and inexpensive, it is one of my favorite knives! It's comfortable grip makes slicing things such as fresh bread super easy!

This is good for slicing bread or sandwiches. Anything you need to kind of push down on while you cut this has a good design.

Great knife for the money. Will buy again. Knife does get dull after heavy use, very normal. We have used these knives for 10 years and beyond!

Love this knife for slicing 8 inch layer cakes. It's long enough to do in one round, but not so overwhelming as most offset knives.

This is a good value for a knife that was born to do one thing: cut loaves of bread. I excels at that job and I haven't used it for anything else.

The 9" serrated bread knife is perfect, doesn't destroy the bread like our last one did, cuts clean and helps make our sandwiches and breads look professional. The offset handle is comfortable to use and is still as sharp as the day we purchased it.

Recommend for a nice bread knife. Offset handle is comfortable to use. Doesn't tear apart bread like other knives do. Has held up well for 2 plus years.

This product meets my business needs. It is of sturdy construction and seems like it will last a long time. I have had no issues at this time.

Very pleased. It cuts through easily and I don't have to push down too hard on the bread which can just squash your new loaf! a good bread knife is essential in the kitchen. I highly recommend.

Great solid handled serrated knife we use for slicing sandwiches and sub bread. Easy to clean and holds it sharpness pretty well. We have on in white and one in black handle to different stations.

we love these knives. Slicing bread and bagels has never been simpler. We also use these for removing fish heads, cutting bait, and for part of the fish cleaning process. Price point cannot be beat, and the 9" is far more versatile than the 7 1/2 " knife

This is a pretty good serrated knife. It's a good length, and the offset blade provides good knuckle clearance, allowing full use of the blade. The serrations are fairly aggressive, but for hard, crusty breads, that can be a good thing. The one I got cuts reasonably well, but it's nowhere near as sharp as it could be. It has a burred edge, which may or may not be typical. The burr can be removed with a small ceramic rod, but with a serrated knife it's a tedious job. Overall, this is a good knife for things like crusty European style peasant breads, but maybe not the best for more delicate cutting jobs. For the price, it's hard to go wrong with this one.

The Update International 9 inch offset bread knife is more than a bread knife I've cut lemons, tomatoes lettuce it handles them all it has a sharp blade and the offset handle makes for a great angle when cutting items

I had low expectations for the price, but was so pleasantly surprised! Does an excellent job with even very crusty loaves. I have not sharpened it and it's still performing well after FOUR YEARS of light but regular use. I don't absolutely love the molded plastic handle but it does the job and doesn't slip in my hand.
