Hello, my name is Jack McDonald with Norlake. The most common piece of equipment in a food service environment is the reach-in refrigerator. Norlake's AdvantEdge series has one of the top lines of reach-ins on the market place. We offer 6 models. A 1, 2, and 3 door refrigerator, and a 1, 2, and 3 door freezer. The system is referred to as a bottom mount system. The bottom mount cabinet has become extremely popular in the industry. With a system on the bottom, it allows for easier access into the cabinet and also allows for access and storage at the top of the cabinet. which is not available on top mount units. Lets look at some common features of the AdvantEdge series. First is the exterior. The exterior of the cabinet is stainless steel. It also features radius corners on the grill, doors, and bottom grills. It also features the patented Norlake handle. This is a curved handle with a recessed pocket for easy opening and closing of the door. It also features a cast material which offers protection from carts and other objects from bumping into the refrigerator. The exterior of the cabinet, you'll notice, we have door locks as a standard feature set, as well as our electronic controller which we'll talk about in detail shortly. Lets take a look at the inside of the AdvantEdge refrigerator. First is the door. You'll notice when I let go of the door it doesn't close. We have a hold-open device. This hold-open device is when the door is open 95 degrees, will hold the door open in a fixed position for loading and unloading. When you release, the door does self-close off the hold-open. Also in the interior cabinet, you'll notice we have four shelves. This is a unique feature to our product line not offered by our competitors, who only offer a three shelf package. So you get a bonus shelf for storage. Our shelves are mounted on pilasters. Our pilasters are adjustable every half inch. So there's a lot of flexibility in terms of storage capacity pack out. You'll also notice in the back of the cabinet, there's a product guard. This product guard is designed so when you stock the cabinet with boxes or bags, you do not impede the airflow of the cabinet. The airflow in this cabinet is designed to channel down the back of the cabinet and return back to the evaporator in the front. You'll also notice or probably not notice, the recessed evaporator housing. The evaporator housing is recessed into the top, giving you maximum storage capacity. You'll also notice here that we have an 18 x 26 sheet pan. Sheet pans are very common in a restaurant environment for storage. This cabinet takes a full size sheet pan without impeding the opening and closing of the door. This is an outstanding feature of the cabinet. An optional accessory that we have in this cabinet are pan slides. Pan slides are used to hold sheet pans rather than using shelves. The heart of the system are our electronic controllers. Our bottom mount series is upgraded with a full electronic controller. It's a precision control that offers you liability and many feature sets, including a condenser cleaning alarm, a door open alarm, and easy to change temperature control settings. The cabinet also features swivel casters, and two of the swivel casters are locking. The cabinet comes standard with a 3 year parts and labor warranty, with 2 additional years on the compressor.
