Bottom Mount Design

With a bottom mount balanced refrigeration system, you can easily reach and view the refrigeration system to perform preventative maintenance without needing a ladder. This design also keeps the compressor out of the heat of hot kitchens, as hot air rises.

Convenient Door Design

This unit features a solid stainless steel door with door locks for extra food safety and security. The spring-loaded hinges ensure that the door closes properly even when you have your hands full. The door is hinged to the left to help maximize your particular layout. If you are taking several loads to or from this unit, you can also override the self-closing system by opening the door 120 degrees so that it stays open until you manually close it.

LED Lighting

For superior visibility, bright LED lighting illuminates the interior so that your staff can easily see and select the ingredients they need.

Digital Control

This unit's full electronic control panel provides a digital display of cabinet temperatures, so your food is kept in optimal condition.

Ample Storage

The interior of this unit features 26.57 cu. ft. of cold storage and has 3 heavy duty epoxy coated wire shelves for safe, sanitary storage. Each shelf comes with four shelf clips that must be field installed. The shelves are also adjustable in 1/2" increments.

Does Beverage-Air warrant this item for use in a food truck?
This item is covered under Beverage-Air's warranty contingent upon the unit being kept in a controlled climate. This means that the interior of the food truck may not be susceptible to extreme high or low temperatures. If warranty service is required, the truck must be able to sit stationary for 24-48 hours to allow for a technician to service the equipment.
If your unit has pre-installed casters, it may be secured directly to the pallet for safe transport. To remove it safely, tilt the unit slightly to one side and use a wrench or socket set to loosen the bolts attaching it to the pallet. In some cases, you may need to pry up a pallet plank with a hammer to access the bolts or to release casters nested within the pallet base. Stopped holding temp after 2 months of being installed. Made warranty claim. They say every display is built for each unit individually and will take 3+ weeks before they can send out. This is after 2 weeks of back and forth just trying to get answers. Beverage Air's warranty support and quality has gone down hill. Choose another manufacturer.
