This True Spec Series pass-through freezer offers superior temperature control, easy maintenance, and low utility costs. The pass-through design makes it perfect for placing between prep areas for dual-access. Load product from one side, and remove it for continued prep or service from the other side. The unit includes three heavy-duty chrome-plated wire shelves to help organize your ingredients in an efficient way.

To promote product visibility and retrieval, the unit features bright and even LED interior lighting. The easily replaceable, energy-efficient LEDs generate less heat than fluorescent bulbs to keep internal temperatures low, and because they last significantly longer than other lights, you'll save money on replacement costs over time. The lights are safety shielded for added peace of mind.

Its 3/4 hp top-mounted compressor with evaporator positioned out of the food zone ensures maximum capacity for greater efficiency. With a top mount refrigeration system, it also won't suck in dirt and dust from the floor and clog as frequently as a bottom mount system. For added ease of use, this unit has an auto-defrost feature that keeps the freezer running properly at all times and an exterior temperature display so you don't have to open the door to view temperatures.

The solid swinging half doors on the front and solid door on the back of the unit are self-closing with magnetic door gaskets that provide a tight seal to help minimize energy waste. Plus, door locks come standard for extra food safety and security. If you are taking several loads to or from this unit, you can override the self-closing system by opening the doors 120 degrees so that they stay open until you manually close them.
