Featuring 46 cu. ft. of interior storage, it also provides enough room to store your product. Plus, the exterior grille that covers the bottom mounted refrigeration system is easy to remove for preventative maintenance or to allow necessary repairs. Inside, this unit features an aluminum interior with foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation for superior temperature retention, even in kitchens where ambient temperatures are high.

Does Beverage-Air warrant this item for use in a food truck?
This item is covered under Beverage-Air's warranty contingent upon the unit being kept in a controlled climate. This means that the interior of the food truck may not be susceptible to extreme high or low temperatures. If warranty service is required, the truck must be able to sit stationary for 24-48 hours to allow for a technician to service the equipment.
How do I remove my equipment from the pallet?
If your unit has pre-installed casters, it may be secured directly to the pallet for safe transport. To remove it safely, tilt the unit slightly to one side and use a wrench or socket set to loosen the bolts attaching it to the pallet. In some cases, you may need to pry up a pallet plank with a hammer to access the bolts or to release casters nested within the pallet base. If you are unsure or need assistance, we recommend contacting a local moving or equipment installation service for help.
I haven’t heard of R-290, R-600a, R-513a, or R-448A refrigerant before. What is it?
R-290 (also known as high purity propane or CARE 40) and R-600a (also known as refrigerant grade Isobutane or CARE 10) are hydrocarbon refrigerants. R513a (also known as Opteon XP10) and R-448A (also known as Solstice N40) are HFO (hydrofluoroolefin) refrigerants. They are being used by some manufacturers in response to the EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) Program.
What does the “H” or “HC” mean in the newer Beverage-Air model numbers?
This is a representation that the unit is using a “Hydrocarbon” refrigerant. This would include both R290 and R600a refrigerants. They are being used as an eco-friendly refrigerant by Beverage-Air in response to the EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) Program. Can this item fit through a standard height 80" doorway ?

Freezer arrived but didn't work and it is still just sitting there after 2 weeks. Both manufacturer Beverage-Air and Webstaurant are avoiding dealing with it. The freezer has been sitting there without neither company fixing it nor replacing it despite email and email and phone call after phone call. Neither will give you any information. AGAIN, NEVER worked and we cannot get it fixed. Be cautious with big purchases from these companies. So far the warranty (and the additional warranty we purchased) has been worthless.

Door is kinda kinked and causes to build up frost. We have to empty, detthaw unit often but it has been solid for 3 years now.
