Providing impressive performance and dependable durability, this Master-Bilt MBR72-S 78" solid door reach-in refrigerator is engineered to hold your cold food investments in a food safe environment. For ultimate storage flexibility, this refrigerator comes with 12 heavy-duty shelves that adjust to best accommodate an ever-evolving ingredient inventory. When each door is opened by its heavy-duty pull handle, an energy-saving interior LED light is automatically switched on, illuminating your product for quick and easy retrieval. Plus, the doors' magnetic gaskets help provide a secure seal when they're closed, and at 96 degree angle, a self-close mechanism fully closes the open door to prevent a waste of energy.
Operation of the unit relies on an easy-to-use electronic controller, which includes an interior, digital temperature display, as well as alarm capabilities. Visual and audible alarms switch on when the door is left open for an extended period of time, and every 6 months a message is displayed to remind the operator to clean the condenser. These alerts help reduce the overall maintenance and service required for the unit, keeping your business running smoothly.
The 3/5 hp bottom-mounted refrigeration system uses R-404A refrigerant to maintain temperatures from 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring that all food products are held in a proper, food safe environment to preserve their quality and integrity. In addition, the bottom-mounted design makes it easy for employees to load and unload products due to the raised bottom shelf. For maximum structural rigidity, the entire cabinet is foamed-in place using polyurethane insulation. Designed with stainless steel doors and exterior front and sides, this unit features a sleek appearance that's matched with its ability to withstand busy, high-volume kitchens. Plus, the interior stainless steel liner gives the unit superior corrosion resistance and cleanability, preventing damage from the inevitable spills and messes.
A set of 4" casters are included, allowing you to easily move it for service or cleaning. It requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
