The cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation, which adds structural strength. Plus, the one-piece grill is easy to install and remove for preventative maintenance, ensuring this unit lasts you longer.
This refrigerator features 2 glass doors with spring-loaded hinges so that you and your staff can easily access its contents. Its doors also make it easy to identify contents at a glance. The doors also have a positive seal self-closing design with an 120 degree stay open feature, great for when you have your hands full. Inside, the unit comes with 3 heavy-duty epoxy coated wire shelves that are adjustable in 1/2" increments so you can maximize the 49 cu. ft. storage space. Interior LED lighting also ensures that its easy to see and identify product at a glance. An automatic condensate evaporation system also makes this unit more energy efficient. Its bottom mounted compressor allows easy access for cleaning and maintenance, and since hot air rises, it draws air from the coolest part of the kitchen for better running conditions. Overall great Fridge. The bottom mount compressor is definitely easier to service that a top mount. I took off 1 star because the interior LED stop working within 6 months over ownership. A (expensive) new LED bulb did not fix the problem. Was told a technician would have to come out to troubleshoot. Not worth the hassle. Other than the light, good fridge.

How do you find things in the Dark? Good Luck, as Webstaurant no longer carries True brand reach-ins, I purchased my first Beverage-Air cooler. I wanted the glass doors to expedite the process of locating your needing items. Unfortunately the NEW IMPROVED LED lighting is mounted along the door jam sides, very exposed when the doors are opened, where loading and unloading refrigerated items can EASILY come in contact with them. When touched they pop off and short out. In less than 90 days I lost 2 strips. Let's say they are extremely fragile and apparently NOT covered by warranty. Doesn't matter how well the reach-in cools if you cant see inside the cooler. Major engineering fault!
