Convenience & Versatility
It offers the convenience of pump dispensing for your condiments or cheese sauce with the addition of an insert and ladle for service of toppings, too. Since it comes with (1) 7 qt. size condiment pump, you can dispense measured portions of sauces or dips with a minimum of mess. Also, the smaller 4 qt. inset with a lid and ladle makes it easy to ladle out portions of chili and other chunky toppings. If you remove the steam table adapter plate, you can set one full size food pan (or several smaller pans) inside and change your menu from soups and sauces to hot entrees, snacks, and side dishes.
Easy-to-Use Control
This food cooker / warmer includes an easy-to-operate dial control and boasts a 1500W heating element to heat foods up and keep them fresh and warm.
30 Minute Preheat
It also preheats in as little as 30 minutes so you can set it up in advance, prepare your foods, and the warmer will be ready when you're done.
Heavy-Duty Well
The water well is made from heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant 20 gauge stainless steel, and features "min" and "max" water level markers for easy water maintenance.
