This warmer features an adjustable thermostatic control and 500W of heating power to keep food at safe holding temperatures until it is served. It uses a simple dial for easy temperature adjustment, and it boasts 10 temperature settings ranging from 104 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit has a stainless steel well for easy cleaning and long-lasting durability.

The countertop food warmer can hold 1/2, 1/4, and 1/6 size pans up to 6" deep. It has a lighted on / off switch that indicates when the unit is powered, and it has an indicator light to alert users when water needs to be added to the well. This unit is complete with non-skid rubber feet to prevent it from sliding on countertops. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation, and it comes with a 6' long power cord to offer a variety of placement options.

What is the difference between a warmer and a rethermalizer?

Warmers are designed to hold food that has already been heated to the appropriate serving temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit or higher. Rethermalizers, on the other hand, reheat chilled foods through the HACCP "danger zone" to a safe serving temperature within a controlled timeframe. To meet industry acceptance criteria, rethermalizers must be capable of heating contents from 40-165 degrees Fahrenheit within 120 minutes and maintaining a temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.
