This merchandiser base comes with a rethermalizer with lighted on / off switch and recessed knobs for simple operation and precise adjustment. A low water indicator light also alerts employees any time the base is close to running dry, giving them plenty of time for refills. And for maximum versatility, this merchandiser base comes with the 4 qt. accessory pack, including an adapter plate, three insets, three hinged covers, and three 3 oz. ladles so you can quickly and easily set up soup for sale.
This warmer comes with 1000W of heating power to ensure that soups are kept at safe and servable temperatures throughout the day. For maximum customer attraction, the exterior of this stainless steel merchandiser displays the graphic of your choice. The Vollrath 720201002 full size soup merchandiser base requires a 120V electrical connection.
