These get very hot witch is great for cooking our chowder. Keeps chowder at the perfect temperature once all the way hot. Use this everyday have no complaints.

Bought this going into it blindly. Didn’t know for sure if we needed something this large. But it’s not large at all, it’s the perfect size for our grits and gravy. It fits perfectly on our work table.

Great soup warmer!! Works wonderfully and the different heat settings allow us to keep our soup at the perfect temperature.

This was used for soup and is great. It keeps the product at a constant temperature and is easy to clean for the most part. Depending on your water quality, hard water deposits will build up on the inside. It's important to always keep water in it as well.

Works great - my only complaint is that the top plate that holds the pots does not stay in place. Since it is not secure, it slides all over and does not hold the soup pots in place. Stirring the soups moves everything around. Would be 5 starts if there was a way to secure the top piece.

We got a year and 1 month out of this and then we smelled burning electrical smell, and then it stopped working. I'm working on reaching out to the company to see if they have any course of action but it's not looking good.

I use this for a soup warmer. I am glad I got the 1500 watt and not lower. I turn it up to 10 to bring it up to 170 for reheating. Then I lower it down to 5 to maintain it at a hundred and forty degrees. Excellent product.

We use it everyday for our soup & chili station, very convenient. The cooks actually were warming soup in microwave by order so this helps them out a lot. Cleans up great! Good purchase thx.

Works exactly as expected! Keeps rice and beans warm well, though we have found it necessary to add a bit of oil to keep them from drying out. Easy to clean inside and out, and simple to use. Would buy again,

We've been using this for a month now and so far it's working great! It keeps the soups at a constant temperature all day long which is so nice so I don't have to worry about checking the temp for safety all the time! Only downfall is emptying the water every day or so because it's awkward and heavy but we make it work!

This thing gets hot! We don't cook our soup in this warmer, but it does get hot enough to cook food. It heats up very quick and holds our soup nice and hot.

A great buy! We use this to keep our ground beef and nacho cheese warm, for cheese fries and loaded baked potatoes.. work as expected!
