This food warmer is perfectly suited for (1) 1/3 pan or (2) 1/6 pans, and features a protective cool touch rim at the tip for safe and easy switching of pans. However, the warmer itself stays perfectly hot to its set temperature, which is digitally displayed on the front of the warmer.

The adjustable thermostat enables precise temperature setting and reads in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. This warmer also acts as a rethermalizer, enabling you to heat pre-cooked chilled or frozen food back up to a desirable temperature. This capability means that it is an ideal tool for quickly heating up dishes or accommodating menu changes. This warmer is the perfect size to fit easily on your countertop. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
