Avantco W50 12" x 20" Full Size Electric Countertop Food Warmer - 120V, 1,200W

I bought two for these food cooker/warmers. One lasted 4 weeks, the other lasted 5 weeks.

Great food warmer, saves me a lot of space, nice size, works awesome, looks good, I use it in a food truck. Fast shipping excellent price.

I tried to use this product. I purchased a second before I even did a through job checking out the first one. I regret it. Yes it heats, yes it functions. But the description says 1/3 pans can be used. Now I tried 3 different sets of pans. All from different manufactures and not they do not fit properly. The pan edges will overlap to fit. Now this food warmer steams. And steam creates moisture, and some of the product you may intend to keep in your pans will get the steam coming up around the pan and into the pan since it is not a “ proper” seal. I watched this happen. Also this causes more steam to escape than normal and therefore you have to watch more regularly so as not to burn out your warmer. When serving the public these are problems I do not want to deal with. I have ordered many things from this site. Basically built my food trailer with these folks. However I do NOT recommend this device.

This thing works great for what it is, and the price. The on/off light immediately burned out, but that's pretty common for all brands of food warmers in my experience. It can get way hotter than you would need it to, but isn't great for rethermalizing things, heat that stuff up in a pot or the oven like you're supposed to.

Works as intended while it lasts. Purchased one that lasted 10 months and was replaced. Replacement has also lasted 10 months. Will fail to heat and seems to be caused by a wiring issue into the thermostat.

When opening our new location we were considering a buying a full sized steam table but as costs added up I decided to go with 3 of these instead. I am very happy with the warmers and have not had an issue with any of them. They are on 7 days a week for an average of 12 hours a day.

Great steam table when it worked. The warranty is for 6 months from purchase and the product died just before month 7. Very disappointed in a product that can't even last a year.

This machine is great. It is priced very competitively. This unit can boil water, I love this feature. If you are just looking for a basic water table to hot hold soup, there is another model that is cheaper.

Excellent warmer. My only mistake was not confirming if our electrical panel was able to support 3 warmers. It is not. Fuse kept blowing, we can only use one at a time. Please note these are 1500 watts each!

We have been using this soup warmer for about 6 weeks now and the heating element has already died. This is a huge disadvantage to our kitchen staff! I emailed Avantco to ask about a warranty replacement asap and will update on their response.

Purchased three units in February and two already stopped working. Called customer and they asked how many days and hours a week I use the unit. I informed them 7 days per week 12 hours a day. They informed me this unit is for light use only and I should purchase a different unit. The description on the website did not mention for light duty. On of the unit only lasted a month. Also, warranty is only six months not twelve like most others. The unit that lasted only a month I purchased eight months before and set on the shelf as a back up and then was informed no warranty after on a month of use.

This product is a major pain. It doesnt fit 1/6 pans like it says so either the pans are falling in or the adapter bars flip sideways causing everything to be discombobulated making for a harder workflow.

Been using this regularly as both a warmer and cooker. Heats an entire pan of foil wrapped bean burritos to 140+ in about 20 minutes and keeps them very hot. High wattage however (1500w), so it sometimes trips the GFCI outlet or even the breaker if there is no GFCI. It also does not have a temperature dial, just goes from low to high so regulating temp is tricky.

Great for keeping food warm for quick service. Easy to clean. Ours did burn out after six months,so we ended up switching to the 1200W. both are great.

AMAZING! Very good price, reliable and easy to use. Light weight and easy to clean. We used our first the fist time at a small catering event. After running them for 4 hours, we still did not need to add water

Received broken. Heating element welds were detached from the base of the water bath rendering it useless.

We have been using these Food Warmers in our Food Trailers we received them and they are a perfect fit for our space.

This warmer has help up for years at our coffee shop! A good range of heat settings, and made of solid quality materials. We paid a much better price than our equipment seller wanted to charge, and its done a great job for us.

This was just what we needed. As described, a counter top food warmer. Worked great for us until it just quit heating one night right in the middle of service. It didn't cost a lot but we only had it for 6 months. I certainly had hoped it would last at least a year. For the most part I love webstaurant but, you do get what you pay for. Some webstaurant items are an inferior quality.
