I use the three and a half inch stainless steel clam knife with blue nylon handle on a regular basis, even for oysters. It is a great size for prying open fresh clam and oyster shells, but I was really impressed at how safe the knife felt as it did not slip once out of my hand. Works well, great solid construction, not too heavy and easy to order.

Nice and strong and works well. I keep it on the boat for fishing- got to get the clams open. For the price it can't be beat.

Designed well. Easy to handle and use. Blade is long enough to comfortably open littleneck clams. Handle being nylon means cleanup is easy and fast. No worries like with wood handles.

If you are a place that serves clams on the half shell then it is a good investment to have a bunch of these laying around. Deffinetly a good buy.

What a bargain for a Clam knife! I shopped other sites were charging over ten dollars for similar quality. I was a bit skeptical about purchasing site unseen, but after using I will be using Webstaurant site for most of my kitchen needs.

One of the better clams knives I've seen. Health Dept. will like pastic handle. A great product for the money, though my personnal preference is for a slightly narrower tip of the blade.
