How can I best maintain the non-stick qualities of this item?

We go through a lot of aluminum pans. We toast our sandwiches and so we leave the sheet pan in the hot oven all day (to speed up the toasting process). These are easy to clean

this pan is expensive and the edge of the non-stick ends on top of the rolled edge so not sure how this plays over time. My biggest thing the pan has a slight concave shape to it around the edge which is tricky with anything that is flow able

The Webstaurant store saved my Christmas Eve Dinner. After trying 1 of these pans I ordered additional pans for delivery prior to Christmas and Fedex lost my package. I called Webstaurant customer service to tell them of my problem and they were outstanding. A replacement order was shipped out that day with next day delivery all at no additional charges and the pans arrived proir to Christmas Eve, just in time for the prep of dinner. Many thanks to Webstaurant for outstanding service and a sucessful dinner. by the way the pans are great.
