These perforated half-sheet pans are very well ventilated, with holes almost out to the edges. WebstaurantStore.com also has an alternative to this pan for those who might want less ventilation. The Choice perforated half-sheet pan has about ? as many holes of the same size as this Vollrath pan. Depending upon your application, one may work better than the other in specific instances. I am happy to have both pans.

I really like this pan, i also have the 5303 series (this is the 5303P). I would definitely recommend this product. They are great pans; strong and sturdy.

I love these sheet pans which are made of good quality aluminium and are strong.i use them to Bake breads rolls buns which came out just good thanks to webrestaurant .Will order again.

Heavy duty pan and very reliable. We have used this pan in extreme temperatures and it holds up great. They are hard to hold due to semi-shape edges.

I've reordered these because they are a great value! I've been using these with this site's 'update' baking mats and they make perfect croissants and pastries. I bake at 400 degrees and rotate pans while baking and have never had any warping issues or distorted pans after using for months. The only difference I can see between these and the expensive or higher quality version of this pan is it's weight. There is no difference in the quality of items baked when using this less expensive, higher gauge pan.

This Vollrath Half Sheet Pan works great for making small batches of cookies. There is consistent quality over the whole pan. Very easy to clean when using parchment paper.
