Got these to use as prep trays and am very glad I didn't need them for anything customer-facing. The underside edges are super sharp and the overall feel of the metal is rough, not gliding on oven racks well.
Definitely don't get as serveware, but a good, cheap way to proportion items and contain meat.

The list of "possible" toxic things this is made of is disturbing. They can't even tell you exactly which ones, to make a decision on whether or not I want to expose our health to it. It's Russian roulette. Also only the top is the right size. You would think that the workable surface is the size specified. Can't send it back because they charge restocking fees even though they sell super toxic stuff. Going in the trash.
