Great pan, cleans easy, high quality. This is the biggest size pan that will fit in a standard oven.

Never warped at 425. Haven’t tried higher temperatures yet. I only hand wash it and it stay new and shiny. Very durable, useful and lightweight pan.

This is a very good quality sheet pan. I have purchased many sheet pans of many brands on here and this is one of my favorites. It bakes nice and evenly.

We've bought multiples of these and use them in our home kitchen. The spatchcocked turkey roasts on the half-sheet, and the turkey legs roast on the quarter-sheet. Trays of roasted vegetables go in the oven on these. They've become stained over the years but that's just a badge of honor. We love them.

The Vollrath Wear-Ever half-size sheet pan is extremely sturdy and reliable. The 18-gauge aluminum with wire-reinforced rim doesn’t warp under high heat, and it bakes evenly every time. Perfect for cookies, pastries, and roasting vegetables. It’s easy to clean and holds up well to heavy commercial use. Definitely a great investment for any bakery or kitchen!

Feels solid and hasn't warped. However, mine came with a couple of large dents which is not ideal for something you buy new. Webstaurant did refund me.

Packaging had a minor issue, but Webstaurant resolved it quickly. The pan performs well though removing the interior sticker and its adhesive proved very difficult. After multiple uses prior to writing this review, no warping has been observed.

Not sure why they would put a sticker on the pan which does not peel off or come off with soap and hot water. Even scrubbing I could not get the glue off the pan. In doing so it scratches up the nice finish on the pan as well.

It's very good for the price. The first one I received were damaged in shipping but webstaurantstore replaced them for me very quickly and hassle free. I am happy to report the second ones I received were damaged free and perfect. It's a little light weight then I expected but it does the job and its the biggest size cookie sheet that fits in a standard oven. I made cookies and they came out perfect. I havent tried it on higher temps.

The workhouse in the kitchen, the wire in the rim somewhat helps keep the ban from deforming in high heat dry situations, but it will still happen, too a lesser degree to their unwired counterparts. Other than that a stable, works great for whatever you throw at it, and having a few of these for prep work is extremely helpful.

Great quality product at a great price. I am mediately noticed a difference, and how evenly and beautifully my cookies cooked on these pans.

We purchased these pans to stick in our Cambro Food Pan Carrier to help suppose the weight of big chaffing trays. They have worked great! When we aren't using them for our Cambro Carrier we use them to bake in our oven and 2 of them fit side by side in the oven nicely allowing use to cook more product at once.

These perforated half-sheet pans are very well ventilated, with holes almost out to the edges. WebstaurantStore.com also has an alternative to this pan for those who might want less ventilation. The Choice perforated half-sheet pan has about ? as many holes of the same size as this Vollrath pan. Depending upon your application, one may work better than the other in specific instances. I am happy to have both pans.

These are the value priced sheet pans for a reason. If just used for baking, they are probably fine, but I use them fro spreading hot toffee. The bottom of the tray buckles and is not flat. Toffee does not spread evenly at all. The Vollrath pans are a better choice.

This is the best value for an 18 gauge sheet pan. They don't warp too easily over time either which is good. We have been using these for a little over a year.

Good quality pan and they bake evenly. However, the center warps slightly and pops when in the oven. I use the pan to flatten cookies when they come out of the oven and am unable to use these pans to do so since the pan doesn’t remain flat.

These pans are the perfect size for baking my cookies and my silicone mats fit very well in them, they are true to size and arrived very quickly.

Debated whether to buy or not. Made the right choice of buying them! Just the right size of cookie sheet or pan. Thick reat aluminum material. Nicely made! Highly recommend this brand!

We splurged a little and went with the 18 gauge pans since I bake homemade cookies and only four fit in the pan. So the 18 gauge is a bit heavier and sturdier than the 19 gauge and I'm thankful we got the heavier. I like the thicker quality and these should last for years to come.

The curled rim is wonderful. No edge to get splatters that are impossible to clean. Pan has a nice heft to it, sturdy but not too heavy.
