Mercer Culinary M33932B 4 1/4" Serrated Rounded Tip Paring / Bar Knife with Guard

I bought this Mercer knife to replace my old Victorinox serrated knives. It definitely is a worthwhile trade, as these knives are cheaper and just as good. They are super sharp, and cut extremely well. The handle isn't too big, so it's easy to hold it for long periods of time.

Thank you Mercer for the rounded tip which is helpful when going through a basket of rolls as fast as one can. The value is very good.

Excellent knife for cutting fruit. The guard just slides on and off and clips nicely to stay in place with no effort. Remember to be careful when using them! They come sharp!
