Then, flip it over and close the grill for another 3-7 minutes. When it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit, remove it from the grates for serving. When cooking fish fillets on a wooden plank, begin by soaking the plank in water for 2 hours. Then, place it on the grill with the fish fillet on top.     These cedar wood grilling planks are great in our kitchen. Simple and easy to use, it makes life easier for the kitchen staff and serves its purpose well!
    These are decent quality cedar planks both sides are suitable smooth. They are a bit thinner than ones I have had in the past, and only get a couple uses out of them. We use a heated brand and put our logo on them and they look great.
    These cedar planks are excellent for adding a smoky wood charred flavor to fish and grilled meats!! They are easy to soak ahead of time and char nicely adding just the right amount of smokiness!!
