These cedar wood grilling planks are great in our kitchen. Simple and easy to use, it makes life easier for the kitchen staff and serves its purpose well!

They are a little smaller than I imagined. Only really suitable for about an 8oz portion of fish. They work fine, but I need bigger next time.

These are great for salmon. We soaked them the night before using them and then used fresh ones for presentation. They add great flavor and look great!

This cedar plank really imparted a nice smoky flavor to our salmon. And the presentation was beautiful when we used the plank—It doubled as a rustic serving platter!

We have investigated several options for plating at our shop and this is one we are trying. The planks are a good size but they do come quite unfinished and are pretty thin. I don't think they're a bad value, however, if you planned on using this for plating and not cooking on I'm not sure it is the right option for you. We will see if anything changes after we've varnished them and I will try to update this review

These are wonderful cedar planks and a good value. The planks impart a great cedar flavor when used on the grill. We'll definitely be purchasing more!

These are fantastic planks. We used them as a disposable for an event. We branded each plank with the event logo and served a surf and turf dinner on them. They are thin with ample plating space for any entree. I would not recommend attempting to reuse them and would consider them a single use product. I am not sure how well they will recover from a washing cycle. Not to mention they are very dry and absorb liquid from food very quickly. However, for a single use product to make a statement for an event or party these are perfect! I would recommend this product. Creativity is the only hurdle with these neat planks!

These planks are the right size for a large piece of fish and they are thick enough not to burn easily. They need to be soaked in water, and they have a nice cedar taste. great price for this and the 12 pack is a good pantry staple.

These are decent quality cedar planks both sides are suitable smooth. They are a bit thinner than ones I have had in the past, and only get a couple uses out of them. We use a heated brand and put our logo on them and they look great.

These are a great size for grilling 3-4 fillets at once. They imparted great flavor into our salmon dishes and we even use them on antipasti displays. Great price.

Theses are great little boards, we use them in our display case to accent our baked goods & sandwiches. We will definetly be purchasing more!

These cedar planks are excellent for adding a smoky wood charred flavor to fish and grilled meats!! They are easy to soak ahead of time and char nicely adding just the right amount of smokiness!!
