Exactly what I need. Used several times in the past. Great flavor. Only downside is the wood is too dry, burns fast rather than smolder. Other than that it's a great product and will continue.
this burns nice and hot with lots of flavor, great for pork. have mixed with pecan, depending on size of smoker, one piece at a time or can get too hot unless looking for the bbq vs smoke the low and slow. will buy more when can get free shipping.
