    Using a oyster knife will protect your hand from injury. This 3" Galveston style oyster opener has a very good grip that ensures you hand will not slip. Very good quality oyster knife here. And very well priced.

    Use this knife to open oysters and crap legs.

    This oyster opener can also be used to open snow crab.

    i got a couple different shuckers to test them out and this one has a great grip so it doesn't slip and the entire thing feels very solid and well constructed. if you shuck a lot of oysters its a great deal

    solid economy prices oyster shucker

    While sold as an Oyster knife, I find that these are perfect for removing cake in cupcakes in order to add your filling. Its a cheap and simple way to do that task.

    cant touch the costs here.i'm seeing the el cheapo brand in stores- the one with the flimsy wooden handle that the blade snaps off in the oyster for more than these good knives
