Love the size of this pan but because the edges aren't rolled, its sharp. Its also very lightweight and thin. I havent used it yet but curious to see how it performs and if it warps upon first use.

The Vollrath 68100 16x11 Party Pan is a nice and unique size pan that is in the goldy locks zone between a 1/4 sheet and 1/2 sheet. It has a more squared off shape than a traditional sheet pan but still tapered enough to be stacked. I very much like this pan because of its unique size and shape. I however take off 1 star because I think the thickness of the metal, the gauge, could have been thicker to give it a more rigid feel given the fact it does not have a wire or band in rim to aid in keeping its shape and not warping. Or it could have had a wire in the rim like most 1/2 sheet pans. It's also quite expensive given its size but since it has no real competition in its size category, what are you gonna do. Still overall I find its a nice pan to own if you acknowledge its minor flaws of no wire in rim.
