Hello. I'm Nathan Marshall, and I'll be taking you through the E series rack conveyors, our premium line of rack washers. The E series are available in the single tank 44" and 55" dual rinse and 2 tank 64" and 84" in footprint. Add a pre-wash tank to any of these for amazing flexibility, like our 22" pre-wash for standard applications, a front-view pre-wash for corner applications, and a 36" pre-wash for heavy soil applications. So no matter what your needs, we can take a rack machine from 44" up to 120" footprint. We offer a built-in booster heater for your 180 degree final rinse, which are 40 or 70 degree rise. Based on the water you can provide to the machine, we can provide a properly sized booster. The minimum water temperature you will need to provide is 110 degrees. Most all units can be provided with a true, single-point electrical connection - machine and booster. The only exception is our 208V, 70 degree rise, 2 tank unit, which requires 2 electrical connections. All of the E series conveyors are NSF, UL, and Energy Star rated. Capacities range from 208 to 356 racks per hour, while using only 0.37 to 0.57 gallons per rack of dishes. This range of sizes and configurations mean that the Champion E series of conveyors are perfect for a variety of mid- to large-capacity uses, such as restaurants, commissaries, institutions, hospitals, universities, prisons, schools, and factories. If you need to sanitize a lot quickly in a manner most efficient, the E series are workhorses. Shown here is the E44DR with a one-piece hood design for the wash tank. Notice that all our units are complete stainless steel construction; no plastic parts, not braided or plastic hoses. Other standard features include intuitive, digital controls that tell you whether your temperature is in range at just a glance; self-diagnostic electronics let the operator know the machine needs cleaning, and on the case that your units needs maintenance, highly detailed troubleshooting capabilities make it simple to maintain. All E series conveyors come standard with insulated, hinged access doors, which not only reduce the decibel in the dish room, but keep the heat where you want it - on the dishes. And you'll have complete access to all the movable parts for the cleaning and internal service. Our never-leak ball valves are maintenance-free and are used at the end of each mill-period or when the tanks need cleaning to fully drain the wash and rinse tanks. At Champion, we're innovative, while also mindful of our ultimate goal, which is giving you a clean plate the first time through this machine. While designing our low-water consumption rack, we determined that it will take no less than a gallon of water per rack to ensure soap was rinsed off a dish. So that's where we drew the line. With our door rinse technology, we were able to do just that. In the final rinse zone, there's a separate tank that captures the fresh water you're already pouring down the drain. We take this water and circulate it over the rack prior to it going through the fresh water rinse nozzles. By taking water you've already used, we put 3 times the water over the dish over the final rinse than any of our competitors. We've now put over 1.5 gallon of water over each rack, meeting and exceeding our goals. Today's water-saving rack machines use close to the same amount of water that we do; however, seeing our approach, ask yourself the logical question: how do you use less water and maintain satisfactory rinse results? Do you simply cut the water consumption and give yourself a catchy name? Or do you engineer a machine that rinses the same as before and puts money back in your wallet.
