We ordered these colored cutting boards for our restaurant. After just completing a servsafe class we realized that this was a great purchase. They are a little expensive but to keep my customers safe it was worth it.
These cutting boards hold up for a decent amount of time but constant cutting after a while begins to warp the middle of the board.
