We have two of these E2S ovens. Have been in full operation for close to two years now. I'm guessing we have done approx 50K breakfast and lunch sandwiches in each oven. We are a very busy cafe and have them running all day. Have not had any issues or warning messages in the time we have been running them. I would purchase again, I've had the other big brand and all I can say is, this has been much less headache and much less repairs needed. Makes amazing toasted sandwiches and breakfast bagels! We even do cook to order eggs in ours, took a little practice but was worth the effort.
