This Pratica Forza STi electric ventless double deck high-speed pizza oven provides exceptional cooking capabilities in a compact design. This oven boasts an adjustable temperature range from 86 to 626 degrees Fahrenheit. It features 2 spacious cooking chambers that each accommodate 1 pizza up to 16", and it utilizes impinged air and infrared technologies to heat, brown, and cook foods faster than traditional methods. Constructed of durable stainless steel, this oven is built for heavy-duty use and is sure to look great in any setting. Its certified ventless design eliminates the need for a commercial hood, saving you the time and cost of installation and preserving the valuable hood space you have. Additionally, this feature makes this oven perfect for front-of-house applications!

Featuring a programmable touchscreen interface that makes operation simple and easy to understand, this oven can store up to 1,024 different recipes with up to 8 steps each, divided into 16 groups. This makes it easy to create complex recipes and ensures that you don't forget any steps, resulting in consistent results no matter the operator. Its USB port allows for quick system updates and importing or exporting groups, recipes, and settings to additional units. Better yet, it's also WiFi compatible so you can also perform any of those tasks remotely via the IOK online platform.

This oven requires a 208V or 240V electrical connection for use. Its insulated design means the area around your oven won't get too hot, and this unit features double glass doors with chamber illumination for clear visibility during the baking process. The catalytic converter can be removed for convenient cleaning. Plus, it comes with a USB flash drive, (2) 16" pizza screens, an aluminum paddle, (4) 4" removeable feet, and a cleaning kit to help you get started right away.
