Purchased two of these units for our Cafe. Both began malfunctioning almost immediately. They would power surge in the middle of a cook cycle, the only way to reset the oven would be to unplug the oven for few minutes and plug it back in. We went back and forth with the manufacturer for months, they kept replacing parts but nothing corrected the issue. Eventually, they replaced both units under warranty. The new units arrived last week and malfunction more than the previous. We have suffered a major loss of revenue due to these ovens. TurboChef in general is a great co. but these units should not be in production, they are nothing but a headache!
