This oven worked great for the first month. Then, on our biggest event of the year, it completely died. The fuse was shot. There were multiple burns from electricity improperly arcing within the oven. The tech was on the phone with the manufacturer who had him take a bunch of things apart. They put it back together and installed a new fuse to try it out. The oven immediately shorted out and started smoking. The tech recommended sending us a new oven, but the manufacturer wanted to replace all the parts instead. We've been without an oven for two weeks already. Now there will be another week to get the new parts. And who knows whether that will fix the problem.
