My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.
SunFire X36-2G24S NAT Details
The Garland SunFire series X36-2G24S natural gas 2 burner range with griddle and open storage base comes packed with features that enhance its convenience and usability. Its sturdy yet economical design is ideal for those looking for a basic restaurant range without additional frills or expensive add-ons. Two powerful 30,000 BTU open burners are set in split cast iron ergonomic grates, and the 24" griddle section has a 5/8" thick griddle plate and two 18,000 BTU "H" burners. Easy-to-read control knobs ensure intuitive operation. Plus, with a large, 27" deep work top surface and a 4" stainless steel plate rail, this range offers plenty of room to work.
A spacious storage base below the range provides a place for storing stock pots and other supplies. Because it's open, the base is easy to access at all times, eliminating the hassle of opening a door to retrieve cookware. Above the range is a stainless steel back guard with a removable shelf, offering protection behind the range and adding extra storage space for small items, like pot holders and thermometers.
This range is easy to clean thanks to its stainless steel front and sides. It even features 6" steel core legs, which raise the unit up off the floor so that it's easy to mop around at the end of the day. A natural gas connection is required for operation.
