On the right side of the range, you'll find (2) 18,000 BTU H-style burners that heat the 5/8" steel griddle plate. The manual high-low valve control allows for precise temperature adjustments, while the split 12" fully sealed stainless steel drip trays make cleanup a breeze. The large 27" deep worktop surface provides ample space for food preparation, making this gas range ideal for busy commercial kitchens.
