For added versatility, the 30,000 BTU standard oven allows you to warm foods or to even do baking for your dessert menu. Since the 2 chrome-plated racks can be used in 4 different positions, the oven can easily be manipulated to fit your specific needs. With a range of 250 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, it will accommodate a wide variety of recipes.

Twice within the first year, oven has a gas leak and almost blow up the kitchen. Yes, cheap price but also very cheap product, don't wast your money unless you need it for 3 to 4 month. PS. When I contacted Webstaraunt, they told me the manufactory Warranty for only 6 months, not a year. And that should give you a hint.

I cant find information about thickness of hot plate and material. It gets black after one cooking and it's very difficult to clean. Low quality griddle.
