The (2) 30,000 BTU convection ovens each have a 26 1/2" x 22 1/2" interior, making them capable of efficient, high-volume use. Each oven boasts a corrosion-resistant porcelain enamel interior that offers easy cleanup and includes two chrome-plated oven racks that can be configured into 5 different positions using the rack guides to accommodate a versatile range of cooking needs. The convection fans improve heat transfer to ensure that your service is fast and reliable, while the oven temperature can be adjusted between 250 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit for added convenience.
