The stainless steel quad-leg design features four adjustable flanged feet for proper leveling on any surface. Plus, the flanged feet allow you to have the kettle secured safely to the floor.

This kettle is manufactured with type 304 stainless steel that is highly stain- and corrosion-resistant. This allows much easier cleaning and maintenance of the cooking and exterior surfaces. In addition, this kettle features a tilting console that lets the kettle tilt 90 degrees for quick and easy emptying. The tilting console also conceals the direct steam lines from view and contains the steam controls.

Thanks to its 2/3 jacketed design, this kettle has 1-2 times more heat transfer surface area for more efficient cooking.
