Its impressive 40 gallon capacity gives you plenty of room to cook large batches of food, while a 1/2 hp motor drives a heavy duty hydraulic tilting mechanism to make emptying the kettle even easier and safer than ever. A removable pan support holds a single full size food pan for you to empty contents into and, for added convenience, a 2" draw-off valve makes draining pasta and other product a breeze!

Thanks to the 2/3 jacketed design, this kettle has 1-2 times more heat transfer surface area. This means you'll have faster heat-up and cook times, which increases production. Plus, faster cook times mean less energy used, so your utility bills will be lower. And, with more even heating, there is less need for frequent stirring or "pot watching." The hemispherical bottom ensures superior heat circulation, which helps keep the heat inside the kettle, rather than the surrounding kitchen area.

The cabinet base is equipped with a hot and cold water fill faucet to save your workers even more time by eliminating the need to carry buckets of water from a separate source for recipes and cleaning. A steam supply safety valve adds extra security for your employees, and the removable side panels make the inner components easily accessible for servicing. A 120V electrical connection is required to power the controls.
