The APW Wyott HTG-2460 natural gas 60" heavy duty countertop griddle with thermostatic controls gives you the cooking space and power you need to keep up with demands, even in high volume locations! A 1" thick steel griddle plate provides even heating for cooking pancakes, burgers, and more, and its ample 24" x 60" cooking surface lets you cook multiple items at once. Five high-output burners deliver 160,000 BTU of power for quick and efficient cooking, and their individual, thermostatic controls give you precise control over the griddle temperature.
Stainless and aluminized steel construction gives this model superior durability, and its 4" adjustable legs allow you to easily match the height of your other countertop equipment for a clean presentation and easy use. Stainless steel splash guards protect your countertop and walls, while a front grease trough and slide out grease pan make cleanup a breeze.
