The steel construction provides the unit with excellent heat retention and quick recovery, ensuring your products will be cooked to perfection. This unit has three burners, each with a heating power of 30,000 BTU. Aeration baffles situated between the burners ensure that heat is evenly distributed across the surface. Plus, each burner has an adjustable gas valve control and a continuous pilot light for added precision and efficiency when cooking.
This unit is thermostatically controlled and will maintain the selected temperature through even your busiest hours. The control knobs on this unit are cast aluminum and feature a heat protection grip, keeping your staff safe even when the griddle is at its hottest temperature. For added convenience, this griddle comes equipped with a 4" wide stainless steel grease gutter and a 1-gallon grease can, making it easier to clean the unit and keep your cooking area sanitary.
The front, sides, splash guard, and ledge are made of durable stainless steel. The exterior is easy to wipe down and clean and is designed to withstand daily use in busy establishments.
