The APW Wyott HMG-2424 liquid propane 24" heavy-duty countertop griddle with manual controls gives you the cooking space and power you need to keep up with demands, even in high volume locations! A 1" thick steel griddle plate provides even heating for cooking pancakes, burgers, and a variety of other customer favorites, while its ample 24" x 24" cooking surface lets you cook multiple items at once. Two high-output burners deliver 64,000 BTU of power for quick and efficient cooking.

A stainless and aluminized steel construction gives this model superior durability, and its 4" adjustable legs allow you to easily match the height of your other countertop equipment for a clean presentation and easy use. Stainless steel splash guards protect your countertop and walls, while a front grease trough and slide out grease pan make cleanup a breeze.
