Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Built to keep up with demand in high volume locations, the APW Wyott HHP-848 liquid propane heavy-duty 8 burner countertop 48" range / hot plate gives you the space and cooking power you need to prepare all of your specialty sauces, sides, and entrees! This countertop range comes with 8 individually controlled 30,000 BTU burners for precise temperature control, and each has a low setting of only 5,000 BTU for simmering soups, stews, and chili.

This model's welded stainless and aluminized steel construction gives it superior durability, and its 4" legs and adjustable bullet feet allow you to match the height of your other countertop equipment for a clean presentation and easy use. Its heavy cast iron grates are removable for easy cleaning, and a slide-out crumb tray catches excess food debris.
