With a 27 1/4" deep cooking area and 5" deep front ledge, you'll have plenty of space to cook up all of your menu items and keep up with customer demand. Its cast iron grates allow you to easily slide heavy pots from one section to another, while protected individual burner pilots eliminate spillover outages. 4" adjustable metal legs come standard on this unit for counter mounting.
To facilitate a quick cleanup, this Garland modular top range boasts sleek and sturdy stainless steel construction, while its split ergonomic grates, burners, and 12" crumb trays are easy to remove and clean. The large, easy-to-use knobs are also easy to clean around.

It is powerful, and with anything BTU, you get what you pay for, however for the price I think I'd spend a bit more. We need a lot of heat, and this is just average quality. Plus, the knobs always fall off (we have 2 of these in the kitchen).
