This countertop gas hot plate features 88,000 BTUs of cooking power and four burners to ensure you can create your signature dishes with ease. The all-metal control knobs make it easy to adjust the heat output for total control over your cooking, and the cast iron burner grates ensure even heat distribution. The whole unit is made of double wall stainless steel for outstanding durability, and it's mounted on 4" adjustable stainless steel legs for reliable support.
This unit comes with independent controls that allows you to cook a variety of dishes with varying heat applications, all at once! A removable, stainless steel drip tray keeps the inside of the hot plate, as well as the surrounding area, free from oils spills or crumbs. Plus, thanks to the drip tray's removable design and stainless steel construction, it's easy to clean and place right back in the unit. This hot plate also features a cool-to-the-touch front edge so your employees can avoid extensive heat or any accidental burning. The Globe GHP24G 24" countertop gas hot plate is shipped as a natural gas unit and can be field converted to liquid propane.
